Sleep

Sleep is such a great ally! We tend to feel hungry at night, even after a full evening meal, because by the end of the day we are tired. This is crucial. A lot of people report that they fail to control their appetite at night! It's not real hunger but lack of a strength that comes with sleep.

 

Avoid eating at night, fool your supposed hunger with a handful of nuts until you go to sleep and give yourself what it really needs.

 

 

An adult should sleep about 8 hours a day, but make sure you enjoy quality sleep hours, in a dark, comfortable and silent room.

 

Note that if you suffer from sleepiness during the day or feel tired, although you slept enough, you need to consult your physician.
